My name is Willa McClain - I enjoy meeting new people every day, building lasting relationships and providing a helping hand in the hiring process. I started my recruiting career in 2012 and founded SureHire Recruiting LLC in 2020. I have filled hundreds of openings with nationally known companies in various industries including engineering, construction, real estate, logistics, manufacturing, financial services, banking, environmental, automotive, pharmaceutical, healthcare and technology. Positions have ranged from hourly field employees to VP and C-level roles located across the country.
